• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding most parts of Asia and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as they depend on carrier performance and customs procedures.

Your Responsibilities

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Your happiness is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date.

Return Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Bath & Body products once opened
• Bath Sets if any component has been used
• Candy & Chocolate (perishable items)
• Baby Essentials (hygiene products once opened)

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Return Process

Please follow these steps for returns:

3. Package the item carefully in its original condition

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
