Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. Your happiness is our priority, and we strive to make the process as warm and caring as our products.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Bath & Body products (once opened)
  • Bath Sets (if any component has been used)
  • Candy & Chocolate (perishable items)
  • Baby Essentials (hygiene products once opened)
All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Simple Return Process

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Step 3: Package and Ship
